Casa per Ferie – Bed and Venice
No accommodation can fit in the four C’s better than Casa per Ferie in all of Venice. We have booked a two night stay at this place for our recent trip to Venice in September 2014. The best part of this hotel is of course its location. You can see St. Marks Basilica right from the terrace of the Hotel. We did the booking through their website. The website was customer oriented and also, offered discounts for two/ three night stay.

Courteous Reception at Staff
Bed and Venice is located just 50 meters walking distance from Vaporetto Waterbus Stop at San Zaccaria. We took the street Calle Della Pieta, which was adjacent to Santa Maria Della Pieta and reached the doorstep of Casa per Ferie. The reception was located on 3rd floor and there were enough signboards around. The lady at reception was quite courteous and we had absolutely no issues getting our room.

The lounge and reception area was quite spacious and well maintained. Also, the guest area had nice decor and comfortable sofas for the guests.

The double room provided to us was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were just opposite to the rooms and well maintained. The bed sheets, towels and linen provided were clean and tidy too. At the budget of less than 100 Euros in Venice, we were not expecting such clean and tidy hotel. We were really impressed that Bed and Venice staff did not compromise on cleanliness standards even at such low budgets.

Breakfast was included as part of our stay on complimentary basis. The menu was continental with croissant, bread, butter, jam, juice and Coffee. They have dining area for breakfast on 4th floor which too had nice ambiance.

The best part of Bed and Venice is its location and price. Casa per Ferie – Bed and Venice is situated in one of the most premium locations in Venice. St Mark’s Basilica and Bridge of Sighs is minutes away from the property. We recommend you to make most of the location and enjoy late night music and try ball dance at St Mark’s square.

Also, you can wake up early morning and absorb the stillness and calmness of the city. The biggest benefit in our opinion to stay at Bed and Venice, was to find St Mark’s square uncrowded.

Thanks to Bed and Venice, we had a lovely stay in the heart of Venice. We woke up till midnight at St Mark’s Square for dance and got up early to see the uncrowded Venice. Still, we had a sound sleep in the comfortable “Beds of Venice“. And, we had all of this in a budget price of less than 100 Euros. We thoroughly recommend Bed and Venice to all our readers who are looking for budget accommodation in Venice along with excellent location and exceptional services.
